Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from a regionally accredited institution.
• Two years of relevant work experience with students at the K-12 or college level.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong procedural and implementation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain communication with College and high school faculty and staff regarding student progress.
• Oversee course selection, registration, and credit profile evaluation for middle college students.
• Support student conduct issues in collaboration with relevant directors and high school administration.
• Develop personalized academic plans and monitor student progress toward program completion and credential attainment.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings to review academic progress and post‑graduation plans.
