Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board rules regarding dual credit programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, organizational, and event planning skills.
• Excellent computer skills and strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, administrators, counselors, advisors, and staff in college and high school settings.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to travel regularly to assigned high school partner locations and Lee College sites.

Responsibilities

• Recruit high school partners and deliver recruitment activities to raise awareness and participation in Dual Credit programs.
• Assist with ApplyTexas workshops and determine student eligibility for dual credit enrollment.
• Help enroll students in dual credit courses and maintain course schedules with partners.
• Provide advising and support to dual credit students to ensure pathway and transfer plans are followed.
• Participate in high school advisory board meetings and manage regular partner communications.
• Generate reports for Dual Credit programs using PeopleSoft and Excel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
