Job summary

Lamar State College Port Arthur is seeking a Dual Credit Advisor Recruiter to provide student-centered advising, recruitment, and outreach for dual credit programs. This full-time role connects LSCPA with regional high schools to grow enrollment and partner engagement.

The position reports to the Dual Credit department and requires strong collaboration with leadership, academic departments, and student services to ensure a smooth enrollment journey from inquiry to progression.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience advising, recruiting, or student services.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between LSCPA and regional ISD partners.
• Advise prospective and current dual credit students on options and enrollment.
• Support onboarding, admissions, testing, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate campus visits, presentations, and outreach events.
• Assist recruitment strategies and partner engagement efforts.
• Maintain records and provide enrollment reports.
