Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services seeks a Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality resident care under nurse direction. The role combines medication assistance with daily living support to promote dignity and independence.

You will collaborate with nursing and caregiving teams in a person-centered environment, ensuring safety, privacy, and compassionate care across shifts and routine tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Preferred CNA, CMA, and CPR certifications.
• Experience: 0-1 Years.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration under nurse supervision.
• Maintain resident rooms clean and orderly; light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide direct care with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Assist residents with transfers, mobility and safety precautions.
