Covenant Retirement Communities & Covenant Care is seeking a Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality resident care at our Minnesota campuses. This dual-certified role safely assists with medications under nurse direction while helping residents with daily living activities to promote dignity and well-being.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred CNA/CMA certifications and CPR.
• Experience: 0-1 years.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with medications under nurse supervision.
• Provide ADL support and mobility assistance.
• Maintain clean resident rooms and assist with meals.
• Support admissions, discharges, transfers as needed.
• Infection control practices.
