Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality resident care under nurse direction. The dual role supports medication administration and daily living activities in a person-centered care environment.

Essential responsibilities include medication assistance, room maintenance, ADLs, and collaboration with nursing staff. Requires HS diploma; CNA/CMA/CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred CNA, CMA and CPR certifications as per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication under nurse supervision and document timely.
• Provide light housekeeping and maintain clean resident rooms.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, feeding).
• Support transfers, ambulation, and safe device use as needed.
• Attend facility meetings and trainings.
• Observe residents' rights and report changes promptly.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning as directed.
