Job summary

Covenant Living and CovenantCare at Home are seeking a Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality resident care under direction of a nurse. This dual-certified role ensures safe medication assistance while delivering hands-on assistance with daily living activities.

The CMA/CNA will support person-centered care, observe residents’ conditions, document care and coordinate with nursing staff to promote dignity, independence, and well-being

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent as minimum education.
• CNA CMA certification preferred per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration under nurse supervision.
• Provide ADL assistance (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, feeding).
• Maintain clean resident rooms and environment; basic housekeeping.
• Document care and medication administration accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
