Job summary

Covenant Retirement Communities & Covenant Care is seeking a Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality resident care and assist with medication administration under nurse supervision. The role emphasizes resident dignity, independence, and well-being within a compliant clinical environment.

Responsibilities include ADL support, accurate documentation, infection control, and collaboration with nursing staff to uphold person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred CNA and CMA certifications and CPR.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration under supervision of a nurse.
• Provide direct resident care including ADLs and daily living activities.
• Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of care and treatments.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
• Participate in meetings and ongoing staff training.
