Job summary

Covenant Living Communities & Services, Inc. is seeking a dual-certified CMA/CNA to provide high-quality resident care under nurse supervision.

This role administers medications per physician orders and supports activities of daily living to promote dignity and independence across our senior living communities. You will collaborate with nursing and caregiving teams to sustain person-centered care and safety across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA and CMA certifications preferred; CPR encouraged.
• 0-1 years of experience in resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications under nurse supervision.
• Document treatments and care promptly and accurately.
• Maintain resident rooms and assist with activities of daily living.
• Provide direct care for bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and feeding.
• Assist residents with transfers and mobility using safety techniques.
• Attend facility meetings and in-service trainings.
• Practice infection control in all care activities.
• Assist with meals and serving meals.
• Respect residents' privacy and rights; report changes in condition.
