Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and execute our DTC social media initiatives. You will shape scalable, performance-driven strategies to acquire customers, retain them, and grow our brand across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

You will lead a social team, collaborate with marketing peers, and optimize paid and organic efforts with a focus on measurable KPIs like engagement, traffic, leads, and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in social media management.
• Expertise across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking with measurable growth.
• Ability to mentor and lead a team to hit ambitious goals.
• Capable of managing multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of DTC social strategies aligned with acquisition, retention, and revenue goals.
• Coach and direct the social media team to ensure high-quality output.
• Oversee content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Manage and optimize paid and organic social campaigns with KPI tracking (engagement, CTR, conversions, ROAS).
• Maintain brand consistency, storytelling, and community engagement.
• Coordinate timely YouTube timestamps, WordPress content, and supporting assets.
• Stay ahead of trends, test new formats and platforms for reach and performance.
• Collaborate with DTC managers, creatives, and marketing peers on campaigns and launches.
• Drive accountability and workflow efficiency using Asana or similar tools.
• Lead team syncs, planning sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
