Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid media strategy and execution.
• Strong grasp of paid media KPIs: CPM, CPC, ROAS, LTV, CAC.
• Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, or programmatic DSPs.
• Skilled in media planning tools, analytics dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Bonus: Experience managing six-figure budgets or working in agency environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Test creatives, placements, audiences, and bidding strategies to identify top performers.
• Analyze campaign performance and make real-time optimizations and strategic recommendations.
• Lead media planning, forecasting, and cross-channel budget allocation.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and marketing teams to iterate on winning formulas.
