Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead and optimize our B2C paid social campaigns, focusing on Meta, TikTok, and email integrations to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.

This role requires 5+ years in social ads, strong leadership, and a data-driven mindset. You will mentor a diverse team, execute ongoing A/B tests, and build scalable processes while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing social ads with a strong focus on DTC/B2C campaigns.
• 3+ years hands-on with Meta & TikTok Ads.
• Expertise in email marketing and multi-channel campaign integration.
• CRO & A/B testing to boost conversions and landing page performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies for B2C paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok to achieve ROI and growth objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize ad spend, targeting, and creative output.
• Integrate email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with paid strategies and best practices.
• Manage and mentor a team of media buyers, creative specialists, and CRO experts.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance excellence within the team.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of team members.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and copy that drive user engagement and conversions.
• Implement A/B testing for creative elements, ensuring high-performing visuals and messaging.
• Lead initiatives to enhance landing page performance, improve user experiences, and increase conversion rates.
