You will streamline workflows, lead cross-functional teams, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Responsibilities include optimizing operations, managing logistics, collaborating with sales, engineering, and finance, and implementing SOPs to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in operations management in tech/telematics industries.
• Strong leadership and ability to scale high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data tools.

Responsibilities

• Streamline operations and scale telematics/GPS delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: logistics, inventory, customer service.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering and finance to hit business goals.
• Develop and enforce SOPs across all operational functions.
• Lead and mentor operations team with KPIs and performance reviews.
• Manage vendor/supplier relationships and procurement processes.
• Monitor performance metrics and report insights to leadership.
