Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in operations management with telematics, GPS or related tech industries.
• Proven expertise in automotive sector, particularly auto purchase and auto finance operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with track record of scaling teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-analysis tooling experience.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and telematics platforms; effective cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability in telematics and GPS product and service delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including logistics, inventory management, and customer service to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and finance, to achieve business goals.
• Leverage industry knowledge to design and enhance solutions tailored for clients in the automotive sector, including dealerships, fleet operators, and finance companies.
• Stay updated on trends in auto purchase and auto finance to align operational practices with market needs.
• Identify inefficiencies in current operations and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices across all operational functions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Set clear goals and KPIs for team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Manage relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and third-party partners to ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee procurement processes to align with company objectives.
• Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly those related to telematics, GPS technology, and automotive financing.
