You will lead cross-functional teams, develop SOPs, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with sales, marketing, engineering, and finance to meet growth and cost goals for dealerships,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in operations management in telematics/GPS tech.
• Proven automotive purchase/finance operations experience.
• Strong leadership and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations in telematics and GPS.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including logistics, inventory, and customer service.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and finance to reach business goals.
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee procurement to align with objectives.
