Westlake Services, LLC is seeking a DTC Growth Marketing Specialist to oversee and optimize telematics and GPS operations in a fast‑paced tech environment. You will drive operational excellence across logistics, inventory, and customer service while aligning with sales, marketing, engineering, and finance teams.

The role requires strong leadership, deep automotive sector knowledge, and a data‑driven approach to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin/Operations Management; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in operations management in telematics or related tech.
• Proven automotive sector experience in auto purchase/auto finance operations.
• Strong leadership with track record of scaling teams.
• Analytical and proficient with data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations for telematics and GPS delivery.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations including logistics, inventory, and customer service.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and finance to meet goals.
• Design solutions for dealerships, fleet operators, and finance companies.
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct reviews.
• Lead and mentor an operations team with a culture of accountability.
• Negotiate contracts and manage procurement for cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with telematics, GPS, and automotive finance regulations.
