Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in operations management, telematics or GPS tech industries.
• Experience with auto purchase and auto finance operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to streamline operations for telematics and GPS services.
• Oversee logistics, inventory, and customer service for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and finance to hit business goals.
• Design solutions for automotive sector clients including dealerships and fleets.
• Set KPIs and lead performance reviews for the operations team.
• Negotiate contracts and manage procurement to align with objectives.
• Monitor operational metrics and report to senior leadership.
