Job summary

CommerceLabs is seeking a hands-on DTC Channel Manager to own Meta acquisition, retention flows, and landing-page tests for our health-supplement brands. You’ll manage campaigns, report weekly results, and collaborate with our creative studio, Shopify ops, and developers.

You’ll drive offers, tracking accuracy, and compliance with Meta, FTC, and FDA rules while optimizing new-customer revenue and repeat purchases.

Responsibilities

• Media buying: Launch, manage, and scale Meta campaigns with proper account structure, audiences, and budget adjustments.
• Retention: Run Klaviyo flows and campaigns, manage subscription experiences to boost repeat purchases.
• Landing-page tests: Plan and execute A/B tests on product/offer pages; brief developers and ops on build requirements.
• Creative feedback: Weekly updates to the Creative Studio on what works and why, and briefs for next ads.
• Offers and tests: Propose tests (bundles, BOGO, subscribe-and-save) and execute approved variants.
• Tracking: Maintain Pixel/CAPI, UTMs, and attribution accuracy; report weekly revenue, ROAS, CPA, and margin.
• Compliance: Ensure all ads/pages comply with Meta, FTC, and FDA guidelines for claims.
