Job summary

Williams Selyem is seeking a DTC Channel Leader to own the direct-to-consumer business, including strategy, allocations, engagement, shipping, inventory, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate blends strategic leadership with operational discipline, using data and systems to deepen customer relationships and drive long-term retention across the Williams Selyem List, purchases, and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in direct-to-consumer sales or operations, with luxury wine experience preferred.
• Proven track record leading a meaningful DTC revenue channel and allocation program.
• Experience overseeing shipping, fulfillment, inventory, forecasting, and third-party partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the DTC performance and revenue channel.
• Develop annual DTC strategy and allocation calendar; lead releases.
• Partner with Marketing, Hospitality, Production, and Sales for cross-functional planning.
• Oversee E-commerce, CRM, data integrity, and customer communications.
• Manage shipping, fulfillment, and logistics; ensure on-time delivery and cost control.
• Lead and develop the DTC team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Monitor KPIs: revenue, retention, AOV, and list growth.
