Job summary

Fore Alls, a brand within the Worldwide Golf family, seeks a growth leader to drive DTC revenue across e-commerce, paid media, TikTok Shop, and creator affiliates. You will own strategy, partnerships, content, and analytics to maximize revenue and profitability.

You will collaborate with the Director of Marketing to allocate budgets, optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle initiatives, balancing growth with brand value and inventory health.

Qualifications

• Experience leading DTC growth across ecommerce and paid media.
• Ability to manage budgets, partners, and internal teams.
• Hands-on content creation and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and performance of Fore Alls direct‑to‑consumer revenue channels.
• Develop growth plans tied to revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition.
• Lead paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms.
• Manage internal teams, agencies, and platform partners.
• Build and optimize TikTok Shop and creator affiliate programs.
• Develop email and SMS strategies and lifecycle campaigns.
• Create forecasting and reporting on revenue, opportunities, and risks.
• Present growth results to leadership.
