Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Program Work Environment Manager in Richardson, TX, requiring an active Secret Clearance. You will lead a team of system administrators, drive technology insertion, and align with Collins’ vision and strategic goals across Digital and program leadership.

The role emphasizes leadership, cybersecurity, and agile program delivery, with on-site duties and occasional travel. A university degree with extensive experience or an advanced degree with relevant experience is

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
Active Secret Security Clearance or higher.
Knowledge of DFARS, CMMC, RMF, DAAPM, and JSIG requirements and controls.
Experience in IT infrastructure and computing technologies.
Experience delivering technical capability within a program environment.
Experience with MS Windows and Linux operating environments.
Experience with workforce planning and resource management.
Demonstrated cybersecurity best practices knowledge.
Proven ability to partner with program stakeholders and DoD customers.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience leading teams in an Agile environment.
Non-STEM degrees considered with relevant technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead a high-performing team of system administrators to enable program execution across engineering labs and factory environments.
Set vision and direction, aligning with Collins vision, strategy, values, and behaviors.
Partner with Digital and RTX functions to drive new technology insertion and sustainment across the lifecycle.
Assign and monitor projects, and manage and record employee performance.
Create and submit periodic status reports to senior leadership.
Manage time reporting, training, recruiting, orientation, and onboarding.
Oversee workforce planning and resource management for the team.
Support IT systems with hands-on administration in escalated scenarios.
This role is based in Richardson, TX, onsite with occasional travel to other RTX sites.
