Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Sterling, VA seeks a Program Engagement Lead to own planning, estimation and execution of secure program environments within the DT Infrastructure group. You will coordinate across DT, Facilities, Engineering and Security to drive proposals, baselines and schedules in a fast-paced, cross-functional matrix.

The role is hybrid, requires Top Secret DoD clearance and U.S. citizenship, and offers a competitive salary range with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• University degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• US citizenship and Top Secret DoD clearance required before start.
• 8+ years relevant experience or 5+ with advanced degree.
• Experience with MS Project, EAC/BAC and forecasting resource demand.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing digital technology projects incl. infrastructure and software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DT, Facilities, Engineering and Security on proposals and requirements.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule and performance; develop forecasts and EAC.
• Document scope changes across the DT development environments.
• Prepare status communications for internal and external leadership.
• Maintain project metrics, milestones, critical path and adherence.
• Resolve conflicts and promote cross-functional collaboration.
• Participate in process improvements for predictable DT service delivery.
• Coordinate with 3rd parties to accelerate problem resolution.
