Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a leader in aerospace and defense, is seeking a Principal Network Systems Engineer in the United States to lead mission-system integrations for complex, multi-domain platforms. This role emphasizes secure environments, field demonstrations, and customer engagements that shape the future battlespace.

You will guide integration efforts across air, ground, and maritime domains, coordinate demonstrations at multiple security levels, and mentor engineers while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with relevant experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for clearance.
• Experience across multiple security domains and handling procedures (classified).

Responsibilities

• Lead system network integration and demonstration activities for Mission Systems products.
• Plan and execute field demonstrations, platform integrations, and customer events at various security levels.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues spanning networking configurations, hardware interfaces, embedded software, communications systems, and mission-system components.
• Develop integration plans, demonstration objectives, configuration documentation, and post-event technical reports for military programs.
• Mentor junior and mid-level integration engineers and represent Collins Aerospace in high-visibility events.
