Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior leader to drive the Digital, Technology & Communications (DT&C) agenda within Citi Commercial Bank. The role leads multiple teams of RMs and managers, setting strategic direction, managing budgets, and delivering cross-border, multi-product solutions for tech-focused clients.

Responsibilities span franchise strategy, risk governance, and ecosystem engagement with founders, VC/PE networks, and fintech players, enabling growth in software, FinTech, and related sectors

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, or related institutional financial services with Tech/FinTech exposure.
• Proven leadership of multi-team or multi-function organizations, managing budgets and performance targets.
• English fluency is required; CPA20 is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the DT&C strategy and business development for the Mid-Corporates segment.
• Lead multiple teams of RMs and staff, with budgeting, performance, and talent development responsibilities.
• Oversee credit governance, deal structuring, and risk management for cross-border, multi-product lending.
• Develop ecosystem relationships with founders, VC/PE networks, and fintech players to drive growth.
