Job summary

Citi in New York is seeking a senior leader to set the strategic direction of the Digital & Client Experience (DCX) organization within USCC, translating customer needs, market trends, and data into actionable roadmaps and investments.

You will lead executive engagement with partners across Branded Cards, Marketing, Risk, Operations, Wealth, and Retail, guide research programs, and drive alignment and performance against top priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping strategic plans and investment decisions.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives in large organizations.
• Strong storytelling with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for DCX and Citi's card portfolios.
• Lead customer research, market intelligence, and performance analytics.
• Foster alignment across Marketing, Risk, Operations, Wealth, and Retail.
• Oversee executive governance forums and investment prioritization.
• Communicate complex concepts to senior leadership with clarity.
