Job summary

Citi Taiwan is seeking a senior leader to head the Digital, Technology & Communications franchise within the Commercial Banking segment. You will drive growth, deepen client relationships, and lead a team of relationship managers across lending, treasury, markets and other products.

The role requires extensive experience in Commercial Banking, a strong network in Taiwan's tech ecosystem, and the ability to influence across stakeholders while managing risk and compliance in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading client coverage teams within Commercial Banking or related areas.
• Track record of originating business and sustainable revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of Digital, Technology & Communications / TMT sectors, including software, telecoms, media, and venture-backed businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead Citi's Taiwan Digital, Technology & Communications business and execute the growth strategy for the segment.
• Deepen existing client relationships and acquire new banking relationships across the technology ecosystem.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of Relationship Managers and cross-functional collaboration.
