Job summary

Citi is seeking a Digital Technical Program Manager in Irving, TX to drive multi‑year technology roadmaps and cross‑functional programs within a premier financial institution. You’ll lead with conviction, align engineering, product, and business leaders across time zones, and shape strategic delivery for global digital initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership in complex programs, expertise in agile methods, and a strong business acumen to connect investment with outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience managing complex, cross-functional programs within large-scale enterprises.
• Strong ability to set organizational vision and align diverse stakeholder groups around a delivery agenda.
• Experience delivering programs using agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and organize the program, outline tenets, analyze data, drive performance improvements.
• Work across scrum teams and organizations to deliver multi-year roadmaps.
• Influence resource allocation and plan technology roadmaps for Global Digital initiatives.
• Lead across boundaries to simplify structures and accelerate delivery.
