ACCES Employment in New Windsor, NY is seeking a Direct Support Professional Senior 2 to join an interdisciplinary team supporting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. The role involves personal care, health maintenance, medication assistance, and community-based activities, with a focus on person-centered, inclusive supports.

The position requires NYS DSP Core Competencies, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.

• Complete mandatory trainings within first 90 days.
