Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational contact for Team Leads, guiding daily delivery operations.
• Develop and manage daily labor plans to optimize staffing and control labor costs.
• Plan and adjust daily/weekly route capacities to meet demand and service requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding, coaching, and development plans with Training Manager.
• Collaborate with Fleet Manager to ensure fleet availability and maintenance.
• Monitor performance and drive safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and customer service metrics.
• Administer corrective action and performance improvement plans in a fair, compliant manner.
• Lead reporting of incidents and investigations to ensure timely completion.
• Enforce policies and safety/compliance requirements across the DSP.
• Analyze data to identify trends and implement improvements for efficiency and service quality.
• Support scheduling, payroll verification, and operational recordkeeping as needed.
• Provide leadership coverage for dispatch and routes when required.
• Foster a safety-focused, accountable work environment and high professional standards.
