Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to maneuver packages up to 50 lbs and get in and out of a van quickly during routes.
• Must operate and navigate delivery vans and pass a 4-panel drug test, with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage weekly schedules for drivers.
• Hire and onboard Delivery Drivers.
• Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets tracking performance.
• Create and manage operation budgets.
