• Adheres to SOPs for case handling and performs high-judgment investigations.
• Evaluates root cause and performs data analysis to identify improvements.
• Escalates trends and collaborates with Operations Managers and Program Managers.
• Implements and Oversees projects related to SOP improvements, training, and tech implementation.
• Presents operational call-outs to leadership during business reviews.
• Manages ongoing process improvement projects and acts as a trusted partner.
