ALL's WELL is offering a DSP Intern program in California. The role involves learning the DSP duties under supervision for up to three months and up to thirty hours per week. Responsibilities include participant empowerment, communication, and assisting with daily living and community activities.

The program pays $16.90 per hour with potential conversion to $19–$25.91 per hour, plus weekly pay and incentives. Schedule runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) or a Certificate of Completion.
• Must have a valid Identification Card or Driver’s License.
• Must pass a background check and other required health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Learn about the role and perform entry-level duties under a qualified DSP for up to three months and up to thirty hours per week.
• Support participants with empowerment, communication, community involvement, and health and wellness as needed.
