Alls well in Los Angeles is seeking a DSP Intern to learn under a qualified DSP for up to three months and up to thirty hours per week, gaining hands-on experience in person-centered supports.

You will assist with empowerment, communication, community networking, and documentation while developing skills in health and wellness, advocacy, and inclusive practices, with weekly pay and the possibility of conversion to higher hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a Driver’s License.
• Must pass a background check and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with participant empowerment and daily supports.
• Facilitate services, education, and self-development activities.
• Document activities and maintain a person-centered approach.
• Support health, wellness and community integration.
