Job summary

Alls Well in Covina, California, offers a Direct Service Professional (DSP) Intern program for up to three months and up to thirty hours per week. You will learn the DSP role by performing entry-level duties under supervision to gain hands-on experience in community living and supports.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) or a Certificate of Completion.
• Must have a valid Identification Card or Driver’s License.
• Must pass a background check and other required health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily tasks under a qualified DSP.
• Support participant empowerment, communication, and community integration.
• Document and maintain records related to services and supports.
