Alls Well is offering a DSP Intern program designed to introduce you to the role of a Direct Service Professional. You will work under a qualified DSP for up to three months and up to thirty hours per week, learning to empower participants and support their daily living skills.

The internship emphasizes ethics, person-centered care, and ongoing professional development, with weekly pay and a path to potential long-term opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• HS Diploma (or equivalent) or Certificate of Completion.
• Must have valid Identification Card or Driver’s License.
• Must pass a background check and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform entry-level DSP duties under supervision.
• Assist with participant empowerment, communication and daily living skills.
• Engage in education, training and self-development activities.
• Support individuals in community and service activities and advocacy.
