Job summary

Alls Well is offering a Direct Service Professional Intern program designed to introduce you to the role and provide hands‑on, entry level duties under a qualified DSP for up to three months and up to thirty hours per week.

You will learn to empower participants, support daily living activities, and document processes while following person‑centered practices and NADSP ethics. This internship includes flexible scheduling options and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) or a Certificate of Completion.
• Must have a valid Identification Card or Driver’s License.
• Must pass a background check and other required health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Learn about the DSP role and perform entry‑level duties under supervision.
• Support individuals in daily tasks and community living activities.
• Assist with communication, advocacy, and documentation as directed.
• Uphold person-centred approaches, promote inclusion and wellness.
