Easterseals PORT Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with IDD in a group home in Raleigh, NC. You will support daily living, personal care, meals, housekeeping, and transport as needed.

We offer part-time and full-time shifts, CPR/first-aid and other trainings, and a path for skill growth within a compassionate IDEAL culture. Applicants of all abilities are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping, nutrition, and safety protocols.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail essential.
• Must have reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• Proficiency with EHR systems or ability to learn quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care in the home and community setting.
• Assist with daily tasks including housekeeping, meals, personal care, and employment support.
• Transport client to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Help plan and organize the client’s schedule.
• Document and report in the electronic health record.
