Zusammenfassung

OneWell Health Care is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered, community-based support to individuals with IDD and Autism across Connecticut. You will assist with daily living activities, health monitoring, and community participation while upholding dignity and independence.

Qualifikationen

Experience with electronic documentation systems is preferred.
Proficiency with basic computer and mobile apps.
Ability to follow written service plans and protocols.
Knowledge of safe lifting and transfer techniques.

Aufgaben

Provide person-centered support to individuals with IDD and Autism.
Assist with activities of daily living and community participation.
Maintain health and safety monitoring and documentation.
Administer medications (as certified) and manage incident reports as needed.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in trainings.
