OneWell Health Care seeks a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered, community-based support for individuals with IDD and Autism in Waterbury, CT. The DSP will assist with daily living activities, skill development, health monitoring, and community participation while upholding dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Experience with IDD preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred; CT DDS standards may apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide person-centered support to individuals with IDD and Autism.
• Assist with daily living activities and skill development.
• Monitor health and safety; administer medications as certified.
• Document daily service notes, MARs, and incident reports; ensure regulatory compliance.
