OneWell Health Care in Pennsylvania seeks a dedicated Caregiver/Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with IDD in home and community settings. The role emphasizes daily living assistance, skill development, and promoting independence in a respectful, person-centered approach.

You will follow ISP plans under supervision, participate in trainings, document care notes, and help with transportation and health/safety monitoring.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in caregiving, home health, or direct support preferred.
• English proficiency required (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, mobility, and medication assistance as authorized.
• Monitor health, safety, and emotional well-being; maintain structured routines.
