Job summary

OneWell Health Care in Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with IDD in home and community settings. This field-based role offers flexible scheduling and non-exempt status.

As a DSP, you will implement ISP/IPP, assist with daily living, medication assistance, transportation, and documentation while adhering to regulatory standards. English proficiency required; driving may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency required.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred depending on program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, mobility, and medication assistance.
• Implement behavior support strategies and monitor health and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation and attend trainings.
• Provide transportation support to appointments and community outings.
