Direct Support Professionals provide direct care, supervision, and supportive living services to individuals who reside in our group homes. DSPs are expected to work within and promote the principles of a person‑centered approach. They may be assigned to work various day, evening, or late‑night shifts and are required to be available from time to time on a hold‑over or on‑call basis to provide round‑the‑clock awake coverage at group homes.
Work anywhere from 8 to 40 hours a week, including at least every other Saturday and Sunday, plus filling in on holidays as needed. Example shifts: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, or 10:00 PM–8:00 AM for overnight positions.
$16.50 per hour for part‑time and $17.00 per hour for full‑time. Evening and overnight shifts receive an extra $2.00 per hour shift differential. This position is eligible for a $1,000 retention bonus.
