Harry Meyering Center, Inc in Faribault, MN is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide daily support, supervision and quality care in residential group homes. Shifts include day, evening and overnight with 8–40 hours per week and every other weekend; training is provided and a $2/hour differential applies to evenings/overnight.
Qualifications include at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or GED, a valid US driver’s license, successful background check, and the ability to follow

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at Harry Meyering Center play a vital role in providing daily support, supervision, and quality care to individuals living in our residential group homes. Using a person-centered approach, DSPs encourage independence while honoring each individual's goals, preferences, and unique needs. Team members work a variety of day, evening, and overnight shifts to ensure consistent awake staffing and help create a safe, stable, and welcoming home environment.
Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work 8–40 hours per week, including every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday), occasional fill‑in shifts, and holiday coverage. Shift times vary by location and availability, giving you room to find a rhythm that fits your life.
Faribault, MN
$17.00 per hour. Evening and Overnight shifts will receive a shift differential of an extra $2.00 per hour when working those shifts.
