Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Receiver/Inventory Control Clerk (ICC) to oversee Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operations and ensure merchandise is checked, accounted for, and moved to the floor.

You will walk the store daily to scan DSD and address under/over ordering and stock issues, coordinating with the Store Director, night crew, merchandisers, and clerks. You will monitor weekly ads, DSD displays, donations, and grocery/non-perishable inventories, while maintaining backroom security

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or related work.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness, security, and organization of the backroom.
• Monitor damaged, expired, or salvageable merchandise for credit.
• Basic computer skills including email, Excel, and store portal.
• Ability to solve problems, make decisions, and work independently.
• Strong communication with vendors, drivers, customers and staff.
• Physical capability to lift 5–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
