Job summary

Ole Mexican Foods Inc. is seeking a Field-based Sales Supervisor to manage DSD operations, sales activities, and budget oversight for the division. You will collaborate with Independent Operators to drive results and ensure proper execution of strategies.

The role requires 1+ years in DSD retail or related supervision, strong organization skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with management. College business degree is desired and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in DSD retail or a field-based supervisor role.
• Experience working with an Independent Operator network.
• College degree in business desired but not required.
• Knowledge of computer functions (email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financials, profit and loss and sales budgets for the division.
• Coordinate marketing and sales activities with internal/external teams.
• Monitor market pricing, products, and distribution schedules.
• Direct development of accounts through effective selling and coordination.
• Ensure DC compliance with all requirements and permits.
• Staffing, training, and performance management for sales team.
