Job summary

The Fay Group is seeking an Account Executive to develop and manage a pipeline of business-purpose real estate investment loans, including DSCR rental, Fix & Flip, Bridge, and Construction lending. You will evaluate financing needs, structure deals, and guide loans from inquiry to funding, while building strong borrower and investor relationships.

Reporting to the BPL Originations Management Team, the role combines lead-based and self-generated business development in a high-volume environment,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Business or Finance preferred.
• Active NMLS license preferred.
• Experience in private lending or real estate investment lending with loan origination.
• Strong knowledge of DSCR financing and related loan products desirable.
• Established investor relationships or transferable book preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, originate and manage a pipeline of business-purpose real estate loans.
• Evaluate financing needs and structure customized lending solutions.
• Guide loans from inquiry through closing and funding.
• Build relationships with borrowers, investors, brokers and referrals.
• Achieve production, quality and customer satisfaction goals.
