Job summary

The Fay Group, a fully integrated real estate and mortgage services firm, seeks an Originations professional to proactively originate new Business Purpose Loans and oversee investor-focused lending opportunities in a fast-paced call center setting. You will engage with borrowers, explain loan products, and build a strong pipeline with Genstone Financial leads and referral partners.

Reporting to Originations Leadership, you’ll navigate DSCR, Bridge, and Private Lending products while ensuring

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license preferred
• 2+ years of business purpose mortgage lending experience with proven ability to generate business and manage a sales pipeline
• 1+ years of call center experience
• Experience with DSCR, Bridge, Fix & Flip and Private Lending products
• Established relationships with real estate investors, Realtors, wholesalers, builders, mortgage brokers, or other referral partners highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid analytical and decision-making abilities
