Job summary
Easy Street Capital is seeking a Senior Account Executive with deep expertise in DSCR loans, RTL (Fix and Flip / Bridge) and ground-up SFR construction lending.
You will cultivate an existing book of business, build relationships with real estate investors and referral partners, and manage the loan origination process from prospecting to closing.
Remote nationwide role with travel to conferences preferred; strong mortgage lending knowledge and CRM experience (HubSpot) are a plus.
Qualifications
- Experience in an Account Executive or Originations/Sales role in mortgage lending.
- DSCR / Non-QM or investment real estate experience preferred.
- Hard Money experience a plus.
- Extensive network of real estate investors and referral partners.
- Strong knowledge of Mortgage Loan & Real Estate Investing Concepts.
Responsibilities
- Convert prospected and inbound leads into live deals and manage the loan origination process.
- Maintain CRM with contacts and deals and support management decisions.
- Develop understanding of Easy Street Capital's loan programs to communicate to borrowers.
- Leverage relationships with investors and referral partners to generate business.
- Maintain knowledge of mortgage lending concepts.
