Job summary

The Fay Group, including Genstone Financial, is seeking an Account Executive to develop, originate, and manage a pipeline of business-purpose real estate investment loans such as DSCR rentals, Fix & Flip, Bridge, Ground-Up Construction and Rental Portfolio financing.

You will be a trusted advisor to borrowers, evaluate financing needs, craft tailored lending solutions, and manage the loan process from inquiry through closing, leveraging investor networks and company leads.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance preferred.
• Active NMLS license preferred.
• Private lending or business-purpose real estate investment lending experience with loan origination and production.

Responsibilities

• Develop, originate and manage a pipeline of business-purpose real estate investment loans (DSCR rental, Fix & Flip, Bridge, Ground-Up Construction, Rental Portfolio).
• Use company leads and self-generated business development to grow the pipeline and relationships with investors, brokers and referral partners.
• Serve as a trusted advisor evaluating financing needs, structuring customized lending solutions, and managing the loan process from inquiry to funding.
