Job summary

PCI Spokane 554 is seeking an experienced Drywall Project Manager to support commercial projects from a satellite location in Kennewick, WA. You will manage safety, QA/QC, schedules, takeoffs, and coordination with field staff to optimize productivity and profitability.

The role requires 3–5 years in interior construction, strong reading of drawings, and solid communication. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred; OSHA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Construction Management experience in interior construction.
• Experience with estimating, project management and managing specialty scopes.
• Ability to read specifications and drawings and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety plans and measures for the branch and projects.
• Create and manage punch lists; coordinate with field supervisors.
• Ensure QA/QC measures are followed on assigned projects.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals and shop drawings; review drawings/specifications.
• Develop job schedules; monitor progress and adjust sequences.
• Conduct labor control and assist in subcontractor buyouts and change orders.
